I'm a rocket man.

I promised a review of my new Lush purchases as soon as I had tried them all. Well now I have and here it is..

  • Space Girl Bath Bomb - I love bath bombs, but they are a bit pricey, so I like to get one as a 'treat'. This bath bomb smells gorgeous, it's like a sherbet smell of yumminess. It reminds me of Parma Violets for some reason, probably the colour. It has glitter in it too, what more could you ask for?!

This is what happened to my bath water. Every girls loves a purple bath! My skin felt AMAZING afterwards, my bathroom smells delicious the morning after the night before.

  • Tea Tree Toner Water - I've tried Lush's cleansers, as you all know, so I thought it was time to give a toner a go. I don't usually use toner but this is so easy to use I couldn't not have it in my skincare regime. So basically it's a refresher/toner/brightener/spot controller for you face. You simply spray onto your face from about 10cm away and voila! You can also use it on a cotton wool pad and wipe after cleansing. I've just been spritzing before and after taking my make up on/off. I am having a break out at the moment and the tea tree has starting drying up my spots and soothing the area. But I don't think I would recommend this for dry skin as it does dry even further.

  • Jungle Solid Conditioner - So this product has probably surprised/shocked me the most. I've always been intrigued by solid shampoo/conditioner but never ventured out to try one, until I spotted this. So this is pretty tricky to use, I read the reviews and advice on how to use it best before giving it a go. I decided that literally rubbing it in my hair works best. This is a strange one, because unlike a 'normal' conditioner where you would feel the results immediately when you rinse, this doesn't initially make you hair silky. It wasn't until I dried my hair that I noticed it coming into it's own. This smells unreal. It smells like Lush itself, kind of fruity/tea tree-ey/lavendery amazingness. My hair is so soft and silky, and feels it much better condition than it has for a long time. I like a LOT! I don't think it will last too long though, so maybe I will only use this once or twice a week.

  1. I use to use the tea tree toner and it's so refreshing to use. Also amazing good at removing very stubborn eye make up too!
