Champagne at 2o'clock.

Yesterday I celebrated my 22nd in style. The hubby had organised a personal shopper experience at House of Fraiser in Manchester. For those that have been to this store, you will know it is MASSIVE, and it's like a maze to find yourself around. Cos everyone knew about the personal shopper thingy I got £50 worth of HOF vouchers for my birthday so I was really excited to see what the PS picked.

I was a little apprehensive, just because I was worried about not being able to give her any ideas, but apparently not having a set idea in mind was the best thing. We sat down in the champagne bar when we arrived, and were greeted by the love Laine who was to be my PS. She actually works for Mary Portas on her range in store but was giving a helping hand as my original shopper was off sick. She totally listened to everything I had to stay, then left me and the hubby with a glass of champagne and off she went to shop for me!

Laine picked out some AMAZING things, there were a few that when I stuck them on, we pulled a face and got them off straight away. But the majority of the clothes were gorgeous, and the best part was, I wouldn't have picked them up myself. (Probs cos I can't find my way around that maze!). To my surprise HOF has a vintage concession in store, and Laine brought me lots of beautiful things from there to try on, it was really reasonably priced too! So after 2 1/2 hours of trying on (time goes fast when your having fun!) I finally picked a few things I wanted to buy..

Trousers - Label Lab//Vest - Topshop//
Dress, Scarf, Belt - Vintage//
Shoes - Topshop via Charity Shop

These trousers are lovely, they are a gorgeous teal colour, and really go with the vibrant coral colours about at the minute. I can't wait to wear these when I have an occasion. Laine showed me a few ways to style them too, so they are really versatile. I never buy trousers so I'm really pleased I got this pair.

The dress. I love, love, love this dress. It's vintage but fits me so well. I was a little worried about the colour, and my pale skin but I think it doesn't wash me out at all. I love the scarf and belt too, which of course I had to have. I'm thinking of wearing this number to hubby's graduation. I feel like a right military wife in this baby!
