Burt's Bees Bath Crystals.

Burt's Bees Therapeutic Bath Crystals - £7.69

I've been after some bath salts for a while and I spotted these a few weeks back and really regretted not buying them. So when I spotted that these were on offer in Debenhams I just had to buy them. The pot is a heafty 450g which considering you only need 1 to 2 tablespoons per bath, will last a good few baths.

I've heard amazing things about bath salts and how amazing they are for relaxation and reducing tension in muscles, but the thing that attracted me to these particular one was the smell. These salts have Eucalyptus oil in - if you've ever had Vicks Vapour Rub you'll know the smell. It's great for opening up your airways and helping you breathe, which is fab when your just feeling a little yukky and need a pick me up. Of course the steam from the bath water helps to circulate the smell too - I refused to allow my hubby into the bathroom while I was running my bath so he didn't let any of the smell out!

Getting into the bath with these crystals just feels so nice. In fact the smell will be the same as the smell used in steam rooms - I think that might be why these crystals feel so lovely when you're using them. I would highly recommend these salts if you are in need of some chill time and to de-stress.

I'm desperate to try some other salts now, particularly these ones from Fig + Yarrow. You can pick the Burt's Bees crystals up from Holland and Barrett, Debenhams, Boots and lots of places online. The price ranges from £7-£11, I managed to get mine for 30% off in Debenhams.

Have you tried any salts that I must try?
