DIY Summer Nails.

Varnish used:
Barry M Peach Melba
Barry M Mushroom
Models Own Tangerine Queen
Barry M Mint Green
NYC Topcoat

I know this isn't perfect but I don't think it's bad for a first attempt. If you follow me on Instagram (Katieatki) you may have already seen this nail art. This is the perfect nail art for beginners as it doesn't take too much precision and is pretty fun to do. I used a bobby pin to 'dot' on my pattern but I think if you had a steady hand you could do without. Doing this nail art has really made me want to invest in some nail art tools. I don't realise how much I miss painting my nails when I'm at uni, so I'm making the most of the summer.

I'd love to do some more basic nail art, do you ave any suggestions?

  1. They look fab! I love looking at all the nail art everyone does but I struggle with it so much but hopefully I should be able to manage this! The bobby pin is such a good idea also! Fab post, hope you visit back :-)
