Blogger Love Tag.

 Image from Google

I found this tag on Make-up Savvy and as I haven't done a tag in so long, I thought I'd give it a go. I hope you find some new bloggers from my faves.

What was the first blog you ever came across?
This is pretty easy. I first discovered Tor's blog That's Peachy way back in 2009, as we used to work together I loved keeping up to date with Tor's blog (and still do!). Through Tor's blog I found LLYMLRS and then my love for blogging grew and grew.

Favourite beauty blog reads
I adore Vivianna Does Makeup and I love the way she writes her blog - if you watch Anna's YouTube channel you'll be able to imagine her talking you through her blog posts. I really love Meg's Budget Boutique - I have major hair envy of Meg and I'm super jealous of her job over at Benefit, but it does mean we get to see lots of great beauty reviews.

Best blogging friend
This has to me Emma from Glossy Boutique, we met back in 2012 and have been good friends ever since. Emma is the best for taking me shopping but the worst at enabling purchases! We've atteneded many events together and always have a great time!
More recently I've been getting to know Charlotte from Surely Char and we're going for gluten free cake and a shopping trip this week!

Name a blog that enables your purchases
I don't think there is one blog solely that enables my purchases. I like to do a bit of research when I come across a product I want to buy - I'm always on the hunt for reviews from plenty of bloggers. However, I must admit I have a long list saved in my phone of products Amelia from Liana Beauty recommends.

5 blogs everyone should be reading!

Sailboat written by the lovely Jennie, has lots of gorgeous photos and includes everything from beauty to lifestyle - plus her bunny Ralphie is perfect.
Lisette Loves written by Lisette, I love this lady's style and her blog posts always draw me in, I particularly love the 'Thankful Thursday's' posts.
I Covet Thee written by Alix, the blog is so perfectly set out and it's full of really honest reviews.
Milkteef written by Emma, gorgeous blog and a really good mixture of beauty and lifestyle.
ghostparties written by Kate, the writing style on this blog is perfect for me, I love Kate's really in depth reviews and recommendations.

Your favourite way to read blogs

Up until late last year, I would always read via Google reader. However, in the last few months I've been really getting into Bloglovin (although I miss the 'Up & Coming' bit) and now tend to follow via Bloglovin, rather than GFC.

Bloggers that inspire you

I love Nicola from Our Little Balham Life, her posts are always so honest and down to Earth. Nicola isn't scared to show silly face photos and seems really fun! She's also into Yoga and meditation, which really adds something a little special to her blog.

Favourite blog design/look

I'm a big fan of simple designs and big, clear images. and Rebecca at From Roses, does that down to a tee. I'm also a big fan of The Private Life of a Girl, written by Sophie - her blog layout is plain and simple, no clutter and really easy to read. I also adore Rotten Otter from Katy, her layout is just perfect.

What is your favourite thing about blogging?

My favourite thing is meeting other bloggers. I love joining in bloggers chat on Twitter, when I get the chance and I think it's such a great way to network and meet new people. I also really enjoy events and meet-ups which are always another great way to meet new bloggers and find new blogs to follow.
Name a blogger you would most like to see write a book in the future

Let me know if you do this tag too! I'd love to read yours.
