The Three Minute Make-Up Challenge with Fragrance Direct.

When the lovely people at Fragrance Direct asked me if I'd like to take part in the 'three-minute make up challenge' I jumped at the chance to see if I could actually do it. Fragrance Direct kindly sent me a few products to help me out with the challenge, so I set my stopwatch and got applying.

I started with a super quick base using the Maybelline Fit Me Foundation* in Ivory and blended it super quickly with my Real Techniques Buffing Brush. The base certainly took me the longest to do and I dedicated half of my three minutes to get an even finish. I didn't bother with a setting powder and just slapped on my Tom Ford blush in Love Lust and blended it out quickly with my Eco Tools Powder Brush.

Next I moved onto my eyes and quickly popped on a few coats of the Maybelline The Rocket Volume Express Mascara* in Black. I then got a little carried away filling in my brows, which are certainly darker and messier than I would usually go for, but with seconds left I had to apply a lip product.

I managed to finish my face of with one second to spare. I swiftly applied the L'Oreal Glam Shine Lip Gloss* in Aqua Lychee and stopped the clock. Considering I managed to do my full face in three minutes, I was pretty pleased with the outcome. I think in future I would be able to my whole face properly in around five minutes, giving me some extra time in bed.

Thank you Fragrance Direct for letting me take part.

Have you ever done the three-minute make up challenge?
