If you're anything like me you love a good bargain. Mix that with a huge sweet tooth and you have a very happy Katie when I find lots of goodies in B&M. I'm obsessed with sweets and I'm always on the hunt for something a little different. I remember the days we had Wonka's Nerds and Dweebs on our shelves along side Lucky Charms, but now they're all pretty hard to come by at a reasonable price in the UK. I've spotted a few exciting buys in B&M over the last few months, however this trip was my most exciting and successful.
Among the Mars bars and Snickers were the Butterfinger Miniatures. I've never had these before but being a huge peanut butter fan I couldn't resist. These are bite size pieces of chocolate covered peanut butter and they are delicious. A little different from Reese's but certainly just as yummy. I think these were reduced down to 79p for the pack.
Next I stumbled across Tootsie Rolls, which are easily one of my favourite 'candy' bars after a Three Musketeers. This is hard to explain if you've never tried one, but they are chewy but soft and taste sort of toffee like. I stocked up on these as they were 29p each - cheaper than a Bounty.
Many of you will remember the craze of Pez dispensers back in the 90's. I'm pretty sure my collection was in triple figures, so when I spotted they were making a comeback I needed to invest. I picked up this cute My Little Pony dispenser for 99p and I've since been back and grabbed a Little Mermaid one for my collection.
Last but by no means least, Strawberry Marshmallow Fluff. I know this isn't to hard to come by in the UK and is sold is most supermarkets for around £2 but this was reduced to 79p, so I had to have some. I adore this stuff and generally eat it out the tub with a spoon - I know a little naughty, but it's so worth it.
Have you seen any American Buys in B&M?
