Switching Up Make- Up Brushes.

I don't know any blogger that doesn't appreciate a gorgeous make up brush. I'm a big fan of the Real Techniques brushes but I'm always up for trying alternatives. I've recently been trying out some of The Vintage Cosmetic Company* brushes, which have proven quite a hit in my make up bag.

I've had a selection of brushes to try and I have to say, I've been very much enjoying them. Without a doubt the huge dusting and powder brush is my absolute fave, it's just perfectly shaped and incredibly soft. I've found it great for getting excess blusher/bronzer off my face without ruining my make up. In fact, all the brush feel amazing and are gorgeous to use on the skin.

The eye brushes are particularly lovely too and perfectly shaped for creating that smokey eye look. They're a real pleasure to use alongside my Mac 217 dupe.

I'm pretty impressed with these brushes, they look and feel super expensive but are actually in the same price range as RT brushes. So if you're looking for a little alternative to the regular drugstore buys, check out these brushes here.

  4. I haven’t tried anything from the Vintage Cosmetic Company before but have been tempted. The eye brushes do look lovely and have to check them out next time I’m in Boots / Superdrug.
