I can't actually remember the last time I headed to a car boot sale before yesterday. I've been dying to go 'carbooting' for some time and as the weather has been okay, we decided to have a browse at our local car boot. Myself and the hubby played a little version of Bargain Hunt and each went and sought out the best bargains. Between us we managed to spend under £10 on our goodies so I thought I'd share a few of the bargains I picked up.
I know this won't be to everyone's taste, but I'm a sucker for anything bunny based. I picked up this cute rabbit plate for 50p. I haven't quite decided what to do with it, but no doubt it will fit nicely into place on my dressing table somewhere.
Next I spotted this M&S leather bag for £1.75. My plain black shoulder bag from Primark is on it's last legs so I knew this would be the perfect replacement. It's amazing quality and I love the croc print design and gold hardwear.
Miranda is easily one of my favourite comediennes and I've been wanting to pick this book up for some time. I managed to grab this in a 3 for £1 bundle along with some other books the hubby spotted, so all in all this was 33p for the hardback version.
I also managed to grab a tartan dress originally from Glamourous for a tiny £2. It's practically brand new and in perfect condition. This will get a lot of wear in the cooler months.
Finally my most favourite purchase is this stunning turquoise Foxcroft suitcase for a tiny £4. I spotted this on a stall when I was browsing and couldn't leave without it. I won't be using this to carry my holiday clothes in, but it looks perfect in the corner of my room as a decorative piece. I did want to use it as storage too, but I need to pick the locks first! I'm just completely in love with the shape, design and the colour. Easily my favourite buy of the day.
