As promised here is another food-related post. This time it comes in the form of a delicious berry smoothie. This is another super easy-to-do recipe (do we call smoothie making a recipe?!). Here's what I used:
1 Cup full of Frozen Berries
1 Cup Alpro Soya Coconut Yogurt (which is the bomb, FYI)
1 Tbsp The Raw Chocolate Company Goji Berry Powder*
And just blitz together and you're good to go. Goji berries are full of goodness including vitamin c, B2, A, Iron and lots of other anti-oxidants, which makes them a great addition to a smoothie. I love them in powder form because it's so easy to add to food and drinks. You can find the powder I used here.
